Terms of service

Quotes and payment

Every project starts with a written quote. Fixed-price projects are paid 50% upfront and 50% at launch. Weekly, monthly and full-time plans are paid upfront for each period. Hourly work is billed weekly for the hours used.

Changes and revisions

Each quote lists the included revision rounds. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts.

Ownership

Once the final invoice is paid, you own the final designs and code made for your project. I may show the work in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Cancelling

Monthly and full-time plans can be stopped with two weeks’ notice. Upfront payments for work already done are not refunded.

Liability

I take care to deliver working, well-tested results, but I am not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or data. My total liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.

Privacy policy

What I collect

Only what you send me: your name, email and project details when you use the contact form, email or WhatsApp. If analytics are switched on, anonymous visit data such as pages viewed and device type.

How I use it

To reply to you, prepare quotes and deliver the work. I never sell your data or use it for anything else.

How long I keep it

Messages and project files are kept for as long as needed for the work and for tax records, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Email hello.noorrehan@gmail.com.

This site works without cookies. Analytics cookies, if used, are only set after you accept them in the cookie notice, and you can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser’s cookies for this site.
